Law Office of Nathan Prince Client Found Not Guilty of Second-Degree Murder

|

Our firm, the Law Office of Nathan Prince, is thrilled to announce positive trial results on behalf of our client, Michael Mason. Our client was charged with second-degree murder in 2015 after an incident in which he shot David Queen during an argument in a North Tallahassee apartment complex. The jury agreed this occurred in self-defense after a 2-hour deliberation. Our client believed he was going to be robbed, thus he shot David Queen in the midst of an argument. Shortly after, he called 911 and reported the shooting, stating Queen charged him.

Attorney Nathan Prince was relentless in his pursuit of justice on behalf of our client, and our legal team was thrilled to deliver Mason successful results, especially on the basis of his own self-defense. Our legal team’s primary argument lay partly in the fact that the state’s sole witness provided unreliable statements, left the scene, and was ultimately incredibly uncooperative in regard to both the investigators and prosecutors of the trial. Quoted in the Tallahassee Democrat, Attorney Prince stated, “There was no evidence inconsistent with my client’s statements he was trying to rob him.”
