Attorney Nathan Prince is an experienced Tallahassee lawyer who has successfully handled thousands of trial and appellate cases. When he first entered private practice, Mr. Prince worked at an immigration and criminal defense firm, and was responsible for defending all the firm's clients facing criminal cases. More recently, Mr. Prince was a partner at a large criminal defense firm, where he was not only the lead trial attorney for the firm, but also responsible for managing firm operations.

Former Prosecutor

Prior to working at a private practice, Mr. Prince served at the State Attorney's Office as a senior state prosecutor in the major crimes division. While in this position, he took on many complicated and serious cases, including charges for murder, kidnapping, narcotics trafficking, armed robbery, and sexual offenses.

During his time as a prosecutor, Attorney Prince was made public corruptions specialist for Florida's Second Judicial Circuit. His responsibilities included prosecuting cases regarding racketeering (RICO), organized crime, those who abuse public office, serious white collar crimes, and major schemes to defraud.

Before his time as a prosecutor, Attorney Prince worked in the Division of Criminal Appeals at the Florida Attorney General's Office. He has also worked for Senator Marco Rubio and at the General Counsel's Office for former Governor Jeb Bush. Mr. Prince has also worked as a law clerk at the United States 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago.
